The Illinois state module permits you to prepare the Illinois Estate Tax Return, Form 700, for residents and non-residents. It easily handles the interrelated Illinois estate tax computation. You enter most of the information required to complete Form 700 in GEM706. However, GEM706-IL also gives you the flexibility to enter information only required on the Illinois return.
