The New Jersey state module permits you to prepare the New Jersey Inheritance Tax Return, IT-R, and the New Jersey Estate Tax Return, IT-Estate, for residents. You enter most of the information required to complete these forms in GEM706. However, GEM706-NJ also gives you the flexibility to enter information only required on the New Jersey return.
