New York Estate Tax Returns
The New York state module permits you to prepare the New York Estate Tax Return, Form ET-706, for residents and non-residents. You enter most of the information required to complete Form ET-706 in GEM706. However, GEM706-NY also gives you the flexibility to enter information only required on the New York return.
